Return & Refund Policy
I handle the brand directly, and fulfillment runs through my production partners. If something shows up wrong or the fit isn’t right, here’s how returns are handled.
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility (The Fair Play Rule)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it. Trying it on for size is completely fine. Wearing it out to the function and trying to send it back is not. The item must be unworn beyond try-on, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and returned with original tags and packaging when applicable. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Fit-Based Returns
If the fit isn’t right, you can still request a return as long as the item meets the eligibility standards above. I’d rather make it right than leave you stuck with something you’re not happy wearing. Return shipping for fit-based returns is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Starting a Return
To start a return, contact me at tierneymichael2002@gmail.com. If your return is approved, I’ll send you instructions for the next step. Items sent back without contacting me first will not be accepted. Keep the chain of command clean.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact me as soon as possible so I can review the issue and determine the best next step.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or 1-of-1 pieces are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending anything back.
Exchanges
I do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new size or item.
Refunds
Once the return is received and reviewed, I’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
